Waberer International Plc. He presented his financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2018.
Company revenue for the third quarter remained unchanged at EUR 183 million a year, but rose by 10% year-on-year since the beginning of the year. Revenues from the international cargo segment were down by 3%, as the positive effects of higher prices were offset by an unfavorable volume out-of-season effect.
Revenues of the regional segment of logistics contracts increased by 11% due to increased price levels, vehicle stock and warehouse capacity. In the third quarter of 2018, regular EBITDA decreased by 30% to EUR 18 million. In the third quarter of 2018, the regular EBITDA of the international cargo segment declined by 34%, as the constant rise in fuel prices (15% on an annual basis) and the drop in vehicle usage continued to exert pressure on margins.
