Saudi Arabia's Energy Minister Khalid Al Falih, on Saturday, said OPEC could respond to the oil market's needs. But he especially believes that the United States does not believe there is a shortage of oil with the data yet to be shown in inventory.
Saudi Arabia and Russia have held a meeting in Jeddah prior to a meeting of the OPEC and OPEC non-OPEC leaders and told the United States that the United Nations had not decided on production by the end of June.
"We are flexible, we always do the right thing," he said.
Farley has been directing two fundamental policies of the OPEC mission. "I have to make sure that each and every one of them is responsible for responding to market needs to balance and maintain the market again in the general direction of the maintenance.
