The first techno disc of do-it-yourself robot players set for the October release

These actuators have to hit something that sounds good and Geist spent a lot of time looking for the right sounds for his setup, including various metals, glass, tuned strings and old computer hard drives. The karimba robot, for example, features spring-loaded steel tabs, piezoelectric microphones, a 3D printed support and solenoids.
