Visual Workplace features do-it-yourself foam rubber tool kit

BYRON CENTER, MI – September 2018 – Visual Workplace, Inc., introduced shading kits for do-it-yourself foam tools. The shadow boards keep the tools and the work areas organized, eliminating the time lost to look for tools. Tool control is an important part of a lean working environment, reducing tool replacement costs, process variability and even injury and fatigue thanks to tools that are correctly positioned and readily available at the point of use.

The two-piece closed cell foam kits offer three contrasting color combinations so that operators can visually identify quickly when the instruments are not in their correct position. Foam organizers can easily be inserted into drawers or shelves.

Each kit contains:

* 4-pound high quality closed-cell foam

* Combination of black / blue, black / red and black / yellow tires

* Pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) for secure positioning on ¼ "contrasting foam

* Tracing adhesive paper (eliminates trace marks on the foam)

Tool organizers can also be customized in a simple and cost-effective way to create the most organized and efficient workspace possible.
